There is wisdom in rediscovering the issue of courtship – a period where a couple develops a romantic relationship that is moving toward marriage. Intimacy is a natural overflow of communication with each other over time, and the closer you move toward intimacy, the more important clarity becomes. You don’t oops your way into a good marriage, and if courtship is done well, a marriage can be built on a foundation of Christ and of clarity, which is a beautiful thing.
