God placed us in culture to shape culture. He intended for us to speak into it, change it, form it, and influence it for His glory. But over the years, culture has swallowed us and warped what God intended. We have failed to impact culture and have lost our voice of influence. And we have failed to train and equip the next generation to continue the struggle for influence, resulting in a catastrophic combination. What is tolerated in one generation is embraced in the next. This has muted the evangelical voice, marginalizing the influence of the church.
